I'm here for ya.

During finals I always seem to find distractions (yeah, at this point even the Nuggets have to be considered a distraction from my schooling...) and cleave to them with great force.

Jer, thanks for your concern. That means a lot to me. If something happened to me during basketball season you may notice something is wrong before my family does.

Hey Disco, I thought your comment was important as it brought some counterpoints to what I had written. I ended up writing a post in response to it so that hopefully we can get some good discussion going. http://bornanuggetsfan.wordpress.com/2007/12/04/an-open-letter-to-more-optimistic-nuggets-fans-than-me/

Thanks for leaving you comment.

Assuming GK/AI/Melo/Camby are ok with losing anything is silly. These are some of the most competitive guys in the NBA we are talking about. Most people assume Karl is fine with losing because he made this comment... but what would you have him do? Call out Melo/AI in the press? Right...thats gonna make the team better. I think you have greatly misjudged the psychological makeup of this team. This team thinks they can beat any team on any night...which is why they get lazy. They do not think its 'OK to lose this one'.

In addition, its silly to extrapolate a season worth of games from the first month ESPECIALLY with this team. I think we all agree this team has not hit its stride yet.

Phew, your alright.

Crisp, fast and good passes really open up the offense.

Inevitably the Nuggets will have at least one half-court possession per game, and when they do they need to pass like they did last night.

And, as much as teams may play better defense (uhh, and that would be most every team in the league...) than the Heat did most nights the Nuggets can still pass with intention to move the ball like last night.
